Honda has recently announced its newest hydrogen fuel cell automobile, the Honda FCX Clarity. The energy supply of a hydrogen fuel cell car is faster to replenish and is capable of delivering better mileage.

Hydrogen as a substitute to carbon, will not only improve the vehicle's performance but would minimize carbon dioxide production to half. According to Honda's management, the use of hydrogen fuel would open an entirely new arena for eco-friendly cars. They say Honda FCX Clarity can go on for 240 miles with a full tank.

Biggest drawback in taking the new Honda FCX Clarity mainstream is the lack of hydrogen fuel stations and Arnold Schwarzenegger, Governor of California, has called for a statewide network of hydrogen stations. However, things are slow!
