Something wicked came our way! The plans to invade the US with electric cars, are lurking in Europe. Anytime now, Nissan/Renault's CEO Carlos Ghosn should hit us with an update regarding the launching of their first electric vehicle in the US by 2010.
At first they will test the waters and if things go smooth, mass production should start by 2012. Seeing GM and their plan to make the Chevy Volt big, plus a lot other companies working on electric cars I think this will be in a couple of years what the petrol fueled car is/used to be.
"Buy an electric car and save the whales!" many will say.
Seriously now, this ain't the slogan car manufacturers are trying to convince us with. Instead they are trying to please the new wave of demands for automobiles.
Specs are uncertain but one thing is for sure, these new electrical cars will be one hell of a ride.
