Dodge Challenger from $23,995

From August, Chrysler is planning to start selling the 2009 Dodge Challenger and the base price is supposed to be $23,995 or at least this is what "top company executive" declared to Freep. The 250 hp, V6-equipped muscle car is going to be $4,000 more expensive than the V6 Ford Mustang which may put people into making decisions.

Related to the Dodge Challenger SRT's price, the same source tells that it should go for $37,200 and that the company will only build 6,500 units though they have at least 10,000 requests.

Would you buy the base model for that price?
