Rolls Royce is planning an addition to their Phantom line and the new version is the 2010 RR4. It's been spied testing near Munich and at a first look, it's a little bit smaller. Rumors say that it's going to launch as a sedan but we can also expect two-doors versions, convertible and fixed-roof models.
With the next-gen BMW 7 Series steel-and-aluminum underbody, using a V8 direct gas injection and twin turbo technology just like the X6 and larger than the 7 series, the new Rolls Royce RR4 will be built at Goodwood plant in southern England and the main competitor will be Bentley's Continental. "It will be significantly more expensive than the Bentley" said Ian Robertson, CEO, with prices likely hiking to $340,000 in the US.
